Mrs. Yancey doesnt take no for an answer
05.21.04When two burglars invaded her Springfield, Ohio, home, Melany Yancey retreated to her bedroom. When they attempted to break into the room, she retrieved her .40-cal. handgun and fired a shot. The burglars returned fire. Yancey then fired two more shots, hitting one of the men, who died on the scene. Police do not expect to file any charges against her.
