I found this to be a bit entertaining.

Oh yea.. and this is good too.

For those of you unfamiliar with The Protest Warriors, we are pretty much just a collection of conservatives doing our part to defend freedom.

Recently Alan (Co-founder), posted this great manifesto on the forum, and it is a must read.

John Adams in a letter to his wife Abigail wrote: “I must study politics and war that my sons may have liberty to study mathematics and philosophy. My sons ought to study mathematics and philosophy, geography, natural history, naval architecture, navigation, commerce, and agriculture, in order to give their children a right to study painting, poetry, music, architecture, statuary, tapestry, and porcelain.”

It’s sad that we must still study politics and war. But it’s a war we either win, or we lose. There is no in-between.

Uncle John Wayne was in town a few days back. So we took him to the shooting spot down at the creek. He had his nifty Springfield .45 ACP with him, but he really enjoyed shooting the AR-15 as well. More pics in the Photo Journal.

I can’t believe this as I read it… but I guess I can. This para military feller, Idema, was hot on Bin Ladens trail, when he was arrested and accused of using ‘extreme methods’ of interrogation.

“I gave (the FBI) bin Laden’s exact address right outside Peshawar,” a northwestern Pakistani city, he said. “I gave them the grid coordinates, the street and house number and everything. They got there five days after he left. It’s like, what are you doing? Do you not want to catch bin Laden?” He said the FBI later confirmed bin Laden had been at the house.

Arresting this guy has to be the FBI’s lamest mistake this whole war. Here is a guy who has better sources than the FBI, and they don’t take him serious. Now they left Osama get away. They’re blowin it big time.

Idema claimed that higher ups in the FBI were slow in acting on his intelligence, embarrassed that his Afghan sources were giving him better information than they were getting, and angry that he would not reveal their names.

“This (his arrest) was not driven by the Northern Alliance, this was not driven by the Afghans. If the Afghans had their way, this never would have happened. This was driven solely by the American FBI. Solely. Because they didn’t want to be embarrassed,” Idema said.

Sounds to me like this guy deserves a hero’s status, not a criminal.

Lee Whitnum - who writes under the name Lee Roystone - brought her site back online today. So, curious types will once again be subjected to her whimsical collection of Kerry photos and petty musings about the good old days with John. Whitnum had pulled down the site after being flooded with hate mail, interview requests and an overwhelming amount of attention - even though that is exactly what she seemed to want in the first place.

This part is the best:

Whitnum apparently dated Kerry in the early 1990s before the presidential hopeful married Teresa Heinz. She created the web site to promote her books “Hedge Fund Mistress” and “What About the Dead?” Despite thousands of hits, however, Whitnum told the BBC that she is yet to sell a single copy of either book.
