Make sure to check out Heath’s plan for a new and improved America. Seems like he made it pretty clear that I can join. Right on!

Tactical Paintball Action

10.31.2004

M-4 Paintball Marker Real Action Paintball has the sweetest full auto paintball marker out. It’s an exact replica of the M-4, and it shoots paintballs from shells that you load into the clip. The gas tank is nicely hid in the buttstock as well. Take a look at all the other photos. This baby retails for around $500 greenbacks.

If you want to laugh you can check out thier cheese grade video.

Let Freedom Ring

Packed and Ready

10.27.2004

I’m flyin down to the police state to spend time with my mama bear. I kinda blew it, cos I wasn’t thinkin about how I needed an absentee ballot. Well, I’m gonna call the county clerk on the way to the airport tomarrow morning and see what my options are. Lord knows we need every last vote we can muster. We’ll send commie loving John Kerry packin’ back to mas-UH-chewsits.

Be back in a week. I’ll try to get around to posting a couple times over the next week. Until then, catch y’all on the flip flop.

It’s good to be NRA

10.27.2004

The Freedom First Magazine that the NRA publishes for members just arrived. It really is convient, they have a center fold tear out section you take with you to the polls, and it lists all NRA endorsed candidates. It’s almost too easy!

Respect Gained

10.26.2004

Regarding my dispute, recently, I have to say that dealing with Andrew at Joeken was excellent.

“Say what you mean, mean what you say, and tell it like it is” - Texas Ranger Motto

It’s also a motto of mine, and I think Andrew was definetly a straight shooter. I just want any readers to know, that whatever I said about Joeken in the past, I am now officially taking back. Yup, I never said a thing.

Andrew just sent me this letter, and I want you all to read it.

Dear Mr. Coleman,

I have just gotten off the phone with Joe and he has been instructed to contact you with the tracking number for your check tomorrow afternoon. I just wanted to let you know how embarrassed I am for the actions that took place.

I spent a few minutes reading over your web page (nice site by the way) and you appear to be a decent guy. That leaves me with one conclusion… something had to have been done to provoke you to that extreme. I can’t account for much of JoeKen Firearms in the past. I have spent the last 4 years in the Army serving in a Military Police BN. Two of those years were separate overseas deployments.

Well anyway to make a long story short me and another friend helped start JKF after I returned from Iraq and separated from the Military. I am trying to do everything in my power to turn around the reputation created by my predecessors and I was pretty frustrated tonight when Joe contacted me from the shop.

I saw you kept your word and removed the site immediately after our conversation and now its my turn to do my part. In the future if you ever decide to give us a 2nd chance to supply you with a firearm contact me directly and I will make sure you are taken care of for this incident. Check out that new m-4 style carbine we carry its my personal wet dream. Its basically built on a Bushmaster lower with the exeption of higher quality parts.

I also wish the best of luck to your family that’s serving in the military right now. I have a lot of respect for the people out there that support our troops as well. I am from the liberal state of MD so we never really had a warm reception when we hit the states. But some things never change on that end. I will get my satisfaction with 4 more years of Bush!!! Well I am going to get going now and finally sit back and enjoy a beer.

Thanks Andrew! On that note, I am popping open a nice cold Coors’ 24 (republican, baby). Thanks Andrew, sorry to put you through all that. Give Joe a nuclear weggie for me.

Update »

My response letter to Andrew.

Wow! Thanks Andrew,

You really were a relief to talk to. I just gained alot of respect for you, for several reasons (MP, served in Iraq, you’ve been humble, and you’ve been straight with me) , and I have posted your letter and a good word for you, to all my readers. Friends that I showed your letter to have already said that their respect/confidence for you and the company has just skyrocketed.

I really hated to do that, but it seemed as the it was the only way I could get any attention. If I would have known you were the main man, I would have come to you along time ago. I had this idea that Joe was in charge, and that I had nowhere else to turn.

I’m sorry I even had to put it up, and it’s long gone for sure. But I do agree that you guys offer the best prices I’ve seen around. And I hope to do business again with you in the future.

Take care, and best of luck to you on shaping things up with the company.

Dispute Resolved

10.26.2004

Talked to Andrew regarding the dispute. From my knowledge he has most the say-so of the company.

He told me my check is going out tomarrow, and I told him any trace of the website would be pulled.

The Folds of the Flag

10.26.2004

Have you ever noticed the honor guard pays meticulous attention to correctly folding the American flag 13 times? You probably thought it was to symbolize the original 13 colonies, but we learn something new every day!

The 1st fold of our flag is a symbol of life.

The 2nd fold is a symbol of our belief in eternal life.

The 3rd fold is made in honor and remembrance of the veterans departing our ranks who gave a portion of their lives for the defense of our country to attain peace throughout the world.

The 4th fold represents our weaker nature, for as American citizens trusting in God, it is to Him we turn in times of peace as well as in time of war for His divine guidance.

The 5th fold is a tribute to our country, for in the words of Stephen Decatur, “Our Country, in dealing with other countries, may she always be right; but it is still our country, right or wrong.

The 6th fold is for where our hearts lie. It is with our heart that We pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States Of America, and the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with Liberty and Justice for all.

The 7th fold is a tribute to our Armed Forces, for it is through the Armed Forces that we protect our country and our flag against all her enemies, whether they be found within or without the boundaries of our republic.

The 8th fold is a tribute to the one who entered into the valley of the shadow of death, that we might see the light of day.

The 9th fold is a tribute to womanhood, and Mothers. For it has been through their faith, their love, loyalty and devotion that the character of the men and women who have made this country great has been molded.

The 10th fold is a tribute to the father, for he, too, has given his sons and daughters for the defense of our country since they were first born.

The 11th fold represents the lower portion of the seal of King David and King Solomon and glorifies in the Hebrews eyes, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

The 12th fold represents an emblem of eternity and glorifies, in the Christians eyes, God the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit.

The 13th fold, or when the flag is completely folded, the stars are uppermost reminding us of our nations motto, “In God We Trust.”

After the flag is completely folded! and tucked in, it takes on the appearance of a cocked hat, ever reminding us of the soldiers who served under General George Washington, and the Sailors and Marines who served under Captain John Paul Jones, who were followed by their comrades and shipmates in the Armed Forces of the United States, preserving for us the rights, privileges and freedoms we enjoy today.

There are some traditions and ways of doing things that have deep meaning. In the future, you’ll see flags folded and now you will know why.

Share this with others who love the symbol of “Liberty and Freedom”

also, do you know that at military funerals, the 21-gun salute stands for the sum of the numbers in the year 1776?

Reader Feedback

10.25.2004

Just wondering if I could get a little help in my efforts to get Bush re-elected, I’ve been printing the attached files and passing them out everywhere, leaving them at stores, filling magazines with them and its been going well here in PA. Just wondering if you could mention this or post the files so that others may do the same!! thanks for your time!!

IMAO Radio Ads

10.25.2004

These are both beautiful radio ads, and need to be aired on prime time this whole week before the election.

Facts on Halliburton, by the left wing nuts who hate Bush for incoherent or imagined reasons.

And for those of you who saw Edwards having his fabulous hair being worked on for about 30 mins, you can now hear the Edwards New Radio Ad on the subject.

Thats tuff.

10.24.2004

This isn’t funny.

But for some sick reason, I burst out laughing.

I was cruising through the search engine’s database of wedding sites, when I found that one. You can find me and Carrie Ann’s site there.

A Sunday Lesson

10.24.2004

I asked God to take away my habit. God said, no. It is not for me to take away, but for you to give up. I asked God to make my handicapped child whole. God said, no. His Spirit is whole, his body is only temporary. I asked God to grant me patience. God said, no. Patience is a byproduct of tribulation; it isn’t granted, it is learned.

I asked God to give me happiness. God said, no. I give you blessings; happiness is up to you. I asked God to spare me pain. God said, no. Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me. I asked God to make my spirit grow. God said, no. You must grow on your own, but I will prune you to make you more fruitful.

I asked God for all things that I might enjoy all things. God said, no. I will give you life, so that you may enjoy all things. I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me. God said….Ahhh, finally you’ve got the right idea. This day is yours, don’t throw it away.
