    They are digging themselves a ditch and it is going to be hard for them to crawl out. The American media complex is crumbling and the hollywood idiots (Michael Moore included) are a joke. The Americans that did not feel like being blow up by a bunch of uncivilized terrorists went to the polls and kicked Kerry’s ass right out of the race. Bush did not just win slightly, he won by a landslide.

    yea… and I’m disgusted how the socialist liberals are taking this. they call the majority of america idiots and “rednecks”. they don’t seem to realize that their radical socialist ideals are what is out of control. the republicans have only gotten softer (compared to early founders) than what they should be. And the left just slips farther and farther from what is right.

    I do think that we will see the rise of the Democratic party again, but I think that it will have to be the Democratic party of old… where they wer tuff on defense and strong in morals but just differed with Republicans on social agenda. I don’t know about you guys but if that happens, I would not be too sad.

    Dude, over 3,500,000 votes is big time. Never has a presidential candidate received close to 60 million of the popular vote. You have to take into consideration… 1) Bush was being attacked (like no other candidate in history) by the likes of Hollywood, the music industry, Big Media, the nut factory (DNC), crazy fringe kook billionaires, Hippies, Gays, Abortion Rights Fema-Nazis, College Professors, Pathetic Socialist Europeans, and the crazy ole’ lady next door who stole my Bush sign. Even though it ended 52-48% it was for all intents and purposes: A LANDSLIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VIVA BUSH!!!!!!

    Yah…too close fer comfort I’d say. You shoulda seen the food court the night of the election. Everyone was all huddled around their tables with eyes glued to the tube. Sadly the Army likes CNN and only plays CNN. I hate this “new” Army thing. I wish we could still smack people.

    just real quick thing to point out. The turnout was good this year but one of the reasons Bush got such a high number of votes was because the population has grow over the years.

    I have to disagree, the amount of young voters were the same as 2000. More people aged 30-45 came out to vote. I would go as far as to say that Karl Rove was to credit for an excellent campaign. As far as liberal voters i would credit the extreme “Bush-hate” to their record numbers. Rush made a similar opinion the other day.

    Are you coming back to my opinion because if you are you misread me. All I was saying was that the record total number of votes for the president was partly a result of a larger population period. Thats all I was saying.
