Thanks Kevin for submitting this. I sit amazed.
Hi Chad,
A friend of yours (Ted Fletcher) is my brother-in-law. Love your site. Anyway I wanted to tell you about a man in our church named AJ that has just got back from Iraq. He told us in church today about how the power of prayer works. AJ and his son Josh have both been deployed in Iraq. He is with special op’s and Josh is a medic. Our church has been praying for AJ and Josh while they have been deployed as well as the other soldiers. Josh is with a marine unit that has had the most injuries or deaths. They are at about 50% injury or death from the fighting.
AJ told us how He and Josh have had many incidents were they should have been killed but miraculously were safe. One time an RPG went right through Josh’s Humvee, in one side and out the other without exploding. Another time Josh was working on an injured soldier with 2 marines with him, when a insurgent terrorist came around the corner and opened fire on all of them from about 50 feet away with an AK47. No one was hit with bullets flying all around them, except for the terrorist when they took him out.
AJ was in a sleep in his tent one night, the next mourning got up to find a rocket 9 feet long about 10 inches in diameter hit about 15 feet away, went four feet in the ground and never exploded.
There are a lot more of these stories he was telling us, that they both feel that it was because of our prayers that God kept them safe. It was really amazing to here.
So keep praying for our troops, because the power of prayer is amazing.
Keep up the good work.
Kevin

Alright. I’m tired of all the commie liberals who slime their way into this site, blackwash me, then slime their way on to their next target. For all of the ignorant fools who wish to call me a coward for not enlisting, there is now a section just about that on the about page. So read up, then shut up.

Good gear, strong faith keeps Marine in the fight.
“God was definitely looking out for me,” said Guillenavila, who hopes to one day become the sergeant major of the Marine Corps. “It wasn’t my time to go. I need to be here continuing the fight.”
When he returned to the camp here, Guillenavila and some of the Marines from his squad dug the bullet out of the plate. They found it in three pieces inside the plate’s layers. All three pieces are now in a plastic bag inside Guillenavila’s pocket.
“It’s my newest lucky charm,” he said.
It’s old news, but still a good read.

My buddy Krunk just got a letter from his cousin who going to be a ranger. I figured I’d post it.
Hey —-!
Now why haven’t I received any mail from you a–hole! Out of all the people I expected to receive something from you!
So what’s been going on back home? How are your classes? Good I hope.
The ARMY LIFE has its up’s and downs. Its ups are the weapons, M-16A4’s, M240-B, M249 SAW, AT4 Rocket, Claymores, M203, and the bayonet. Its downside 12 mile road marches. Food. PT tests, weather, did I mention food?
Well — Today I volunteered for Airborne Ranger! I met the standards with a 250 I ran 2 miles in 14.23. If I get ranger, I won’t any action for about a year and a half. I don’t make it then I’ll se action in maybe a month once I get in my unit. The weapon I’ll get stuck with probably is the M240-B it’s a 7.62mm (308 Winchester) 28lb beast. It replaced the M60. I miss the late nights where I just show up. Ha. You know how bad I feel knowing you can’t join and that it makes me feel like sh–. You are the toughest mother b—- (that’s something the drill S. always say) I know and there is nobody like you. I would rather have you by my side. Today I got all my class A’s B’s and Berets today, I don’t really like them all that much.
Tomorrow we start our Bivwac, fun stuff; we also get to qualify with out new laser system called CCO (close combat optic) cool sh–. Well I have to go shine my boots.
Love ya man

Just wanted to point out a fellow tuff (wo)man who tends to blog in the same fashon as I…
You might recognize her for her general badassery, on the werenotsorry.com site (I think her pic was on the same page as mine). Her name is Risawn, and I just wanted to throw out a link for her, cos she packs some mean weaponry. And if there’s anything that can attract a man, it’s a woman with big guns.
By the way, Risawn, if yer reading this, and you play halo 2 online. Add me to your friend list. Pass The Ammo. Lets see if you know how to handle all that firepower.

“Murder” In Fallujah
By Michael Tank
(Submitted to News & Views by Mr. Tank )
Forever looking for that ambrosial angle, a newspaper reporter ventures into a local VFW hall to get some views from our Veteran’s of previous wars, on the story of a Marine shooting a wounded insurgent in Fallujah. Looking around in the dimly lit, smoke filled bar the reporter eyes a man sitting alone at a table nursing a long necked bottle of beer. Quickly sizing up the lone drinker, the reporter estimated that the man was in his late sixties or early seventies and in good health, which would also equate to having an able mind, or so he thinks, and thus figures that this old guy may just be what he is looking for. He moves over to the table and while noticing that the man is wearing a baseball cap that states, “Retired Marine” yet he still asks, “Excuse me sir, are you a Veteran?”
The Marine slowly looks up at the younger reporter, eyeing him with some disdain and replies, “Well, I wouldn’t be in here if I wasn’t.”
The interview has not gotten off to a good start.
Reporter: “Could I ask you a few questions on the recent events in Fallujah?”

Heath has a post asking for your comments on what you’d like to see him post about, while he’s serving over there in Korea. So be sure to stop by, and tell him to post more pictures of juicy girls!

Excellent. This former marine has been keeping the tabs on our boys in Fallujah. Read this sweet article, then check out his site.
Marines are keenly aware of war’s human toll. The sergeant had no idea what that young Iraqi was thinking. He didn’t like killing someone’s son. But Marines don’t wear their emotions on their sleeves, and they have zero sympathy for the jihadists trying to kill them. If America needs a hard job done, the Marines will do it, and they won’t lose their humanity in the process or any sleep over pulling the trigger. Yes, they are “the world’s most lethal killing machine.” That’s what America needs in battle.

Banagor posted a link to the video of that awesome American soldier shooting that filthy, terrorist.
As we all know, war is hell. And when these pansy terrorists can’t fight out in the open, cos they’re hiding behind babies and wimmin folk, the liberals want to make this marine the bad guy. Something wrong with that? yes. Here is a soldier, doing his job, and protecting himself and his men. For all they knew, that faking focker had a grenade ready with the pin out, to take them out. You can’t mess around with the likes of these kinds of terrorists. That soldier did exactly what anyone in his place would have done, after being shot at all day.
Here’s one for the liberals. Krunk pointed me to an awesome picture of a soldier packin a 12 Gauge. Note the awesome backdrop.
