I may have not expressed that to clearly. An example: every year on July the 3rd, in all cities and towns across America groups of Americans burn the irainian national flyswatter. I can load the gun, but I must not conceal it, (nor inside the city). Albeit, that is better then WA where the gun must be unloaded and carried in the open, or in a closed case.
