I haven't gotten the opportunity to read this entire article. What I saw at the outset sparked enough fire in me. Chad we are in the end times and it is steadily getting worse. People can say, no doubt, already have that taking prayer out of school doesn't have an effect on the society. That isn't the point. The point is that our society has fallen so far from our moral roots that we would even take such a bold step. Getting prayer back in schools will not completely solve the issue. We all must turn in repentence. It makes me more committed to reaching my world for the cause of Christ. Keep up the good work chad and I'll try to get back in here more often.

FREEDOM STATEMENT from Tennessee:
My late stepfather, 13 year Veteran of US Army Special Forces under Reagan, once said, “I love Reagan, and boy#, he loves us!” He was wearing his green beret at the time in Bavaria.
Since his passing I have learned on the other side of the spectrum the Democrats love the ACLU.

Come to think about it, no country kicked us around without shattering fear, under Reagan. I wish Americans had more guts to deal with our perps at home starting with Anti Christian Liberties Union. (No morals, No guts)

I cant even begin to explain how much the ACLU makes me want to break something. I love how they said airport sec. shouldnt be so invasive, yet, at their HQ you can be strip searched for no reason at all if they feel like it.

BORN in 1964, and product of government of 1970’s, things were vastly different then than now.
Then: got away with mischief, but by the days end, embraced RESPECT regarding others
Now: turn your females into prostitutes, and brothers into drug lords
Then: flowers, art, peace, but the right to pray
Now: better not say “God” or you’re getting sued by the ACLU [Dem Storm Troopers]
Then: it was taught, “Golden Rule”
Now: “get them before they get you,” (Collateral Damage)
Then: dad can own guns, but you better never touch them
Now: get it and we’ll blow the hell out of anyone that stands in our way
Then: ‘Women and children first”
Now: “Who’s that “B***h,” and “abort it” (planned parenthood)
Then: “I am calling your parents”
Now: “you don’t have to tell your parents about this”
Then: pagans were some of our ancestors, but “One Nation under God”
Now: pagans look like saints and patriots
Then: In my Grandmothers day, “teachers were revered”
Now: “A far cry from what --they were,” in her words
I really hate that my two adopted children do not know God and prayer the way I did in government school. Somebody has been tampering with the moral compass.

This has nothing to do with the PA shootings but... Today I did a presentation at one of the local Kiwanas chapters. Before we started we said a prayer, recited the pledge of allegiance, and sang "My Country, Tis of Thee."

This five minutes of prayer, pledge, and song made my entire day. It reminded me of the great love I have for my God and my Country. I truly wonder how few of this new generation even know the words to the Pledge or "My Country, Tis of Thee? We are robbing these generations of not only the rich histroy of this country, but of Godly commandments. God help this poor generation.

Let me get this straight: the teacher saying: “Almighty God, we acknowledge our dependence upon Thee, and we beg Thy blessings upon us, our parents, our teachers and our Country.” at the beggining of the school day = the basis of American youth's sense of morality and responsibilty? That IS a terrifying thought!

As a person who would not choose to participate in school prayer, I can say with confidence that my spiritual beliefs are strong enough to handle the terrible "breach of the separation of church and state" that many other people say school prayer constitutes. I mean, If your religious convictions can't withstand a few minutes of prayer or whatever without being changed inexorable, then they aren't worth much to begin with. Let those who wish to pray have a few minutes to pray, and those who dont want to dont have to.

But what does that have to do with some lunatic murdering Amish schoolgirls? I mean, aren't the Amish all about old fashioned values and that?

You're trying to draw a causal relatioship between the lack of school prayer and these murders that simply doesnt exist.

And teachers packing at school? You don't think that's maybe slightly inconsistent with a good learning atmosphere?

This article shows exactly how unusual Charles Carl Roberts IV's relationship with God was.
