Google Failed Veterans

11.16.2006

Again. For awhile now, Google has been failing to decorate their logo in observance of Veterans day. This last Veterans day has been the final straw for many. Myself included. Chad S. over at 3G made a post about it, and it helped kick start me as well.

I am cutting Google out of my daily usage. No more gmail, google toolbar, google images, google videos, and google searching. They don’t support my right to self defense through owner ship of guns, or my right to enjoy the sport of hunting, or my right to use their services, while remaining a politically unbiased company. In other words… they’re a bunch of commies, and the only good commie is a dead commie. Read the rest of this entry »

Saluting Veterans

11.11.2006

Just wanted to once again thank all of our veterans. Thanks for the freedoms that I enjoy on a daily basis.

Snowy Mountain Morning

I spent the early hours of the morning hiking through a foot of snow in the mountain tops. I’m helpin Jonas fill his deer tag. It snowed all last night, so its a foot of fresh powder. I love it. I love being out there. A true witness to my Father’s handywork.

So thank you veterans. Thank you for the sacrifice you make daily, just a measly paycheck and a call to serve. I saulte you and hold you in high esteem. You preserve the borders that guard these beautiful mountains, while living fighting and dying in a hell hole. Something that cannot be fully understood and appreciated by anyone who hasn’t served.

Veterans Day Gunner

And a personal salute to my younger brother, who is about to finish up his tour in Iraq. Can’t wait to see you this Christmas.

New Hunting Forum

11.09.2006

Sportsmans

My buddy, Jonas and I have come together in business to create a watering hole for hunters. Currently it is only a forum that we’re trying to get up and going. If you hunt, please register and stay tuned. We’re looking into a initial giveaway to forum members. Maybe a fixed blade knife from Browning. We’re still in the process of getting the online store built. Register and start posting, and we’ll be announcing the giveaway soon now!

Local Election Results

11.08.2006

I’m real pleased with the election results for Idaho.

Butch Otter is our new NRA & GOA Endorsed govenor! He beat out Brady the appeaser 52% by 44%. Just about all of our top guys received a A grade on their pro-gun voting records.

Passed the ammendment to only recognize male/female marriages. That was easy. We had to make fun of my buddy’s younger brother. He misunderstood the ballot question and voted for queer marriage. So he’ll never live that one down.

So how did everyone else do?

Vote Freedom First

11.06.2006

I’ll remind everyone that tuesday is the day to get yer vote on. Go here, scroll down and select your state. Then print that off and take it with you to the polls. This is important. Don’t slack on the freedom to do what most countries wish they could do. Show some gratitude. Get er done.

Stuck in Iraq?

11.04.2006

If so… John Kerry is there for you. He cares about our soldiers over seas. And he wants to see you study to be smart, and not get stuck in irak. I’m just wondering if that applied to swift boat vets in Nam.

Stuck in Irak Stuck In Iraq Hat

But I do appreciate Bush’s response, as well as Russ Vaughn’s Response.
