If any person can snipe my primary vote away from Fred Thompson, it will be Mike Huckabee. And he will do it in part with ads like this. (Oh and the fair tax, and continuing to be a well-rounded, broad-spectrum candidate rather than singly focusing on one or two issues which is what all the other folks are doing on both sides of the aisle.)
# November 21st, 2007 at 10:59 amMy main beef with Fred Thompson is that he’s a member of the Trilateral Commission (so im told). I’m not positive, but I’m pretty sure that Huckabee is not. Ron Paul is definetly not.
# November 21st, 2007 at 1:55 pmIf you scroll to the bottom of the partial list on their website, you can request a full membership list via email: http://www.trilateral.org/memb.htm
# November 22nd, 2007 at 8:28 amThis is totally off the subject but I thought it was pretty funny. I was on sayuncle.org (the moderator for Gunbloggers) and I noticed Guav is on his small and prestigious list of “Moonbats.” Hahaha. Sorry Guav.
# November 24th, 2007 at 12:04 pmWhy sorry? I’m honored—Say Uncle is a great gun blog that I read daily and regularly contribute links to. I have no problem being on his blogroll of leftish pro-gunnies, despite the “moonbat” designation.
(By the way, it’s http://www.saysuncle.com … http://www.sayuncle.org is some tax blog)
# November 26th, 2007 at 11:37 amhaha. actually… JJ put in sayuncle.com, and I went to check the site out and found it led to this… so i tried .org and figgered that was it so I edited his comment. but now i see that i was but a tool.
# November 26th, 2007 at 9:40 pmI emailed the trilateral folks with a list of the latest nominees and asked if any were members. They said that none were.
# November 26th, 2007 at 9:43 pmRon Paul good on most, weak on War/defense/offense.
# November 27th, 2007 at 12:14 amHuckabee OH HELL YES, Do not trust anyone on the No Border America Side.
Thompson yes, but hell no to No Borders. Scares the crap out of me.
Rudy, >>weak on guns boy.
The Morman, Clear thinker at the least to debate a Dem. Especially that watered down human pinko Edwards.
Other side: that sick Obama couldn’t touch my flag the fag.
Hey, that is the key word “scare”
# November 27th, 2007 at 12:34 amAny candidate won’t let YOU in to know if they are a Trilateral.
Unless you are a “Progressive” or S-P, a running nominee won’t let you even think so. They would lose.
Heard Thompson maybe.
But I think the Lobbyist would have covertly paid off for favors/promises before hand and rest would be RED TAPE if action would come to play Border Sec. IF A TRI-LAT WAS ELECTED.
Meh! Huakabee pushed a State version of the dream act.
# November 27th, 2007 at 2:54 amThat is bad

# November 27th, 2007 at 12:27 pmAm I the only one who has a hard time deciphering Terry’s comments?
# November 27th, 2007 at 12:55 pmWe’re in the same boat, Guav.
# November 27th, 2007 at 2:30 pmFirst off Guav, you need to have more than a third grade education to even participate in the intense, intellectual, discussions that take place here on Pass The Ammo. So in others words you are screwed. As for me, I retain a fifth grade education and find it quite elementary to partake in such said discussions. Loser.
# November 27th, 2007 at 5:19 pmHuckabee is naught but an American version of a West European Christian Socialist…trying to create a Christian reincarnation of LBJ’s “The Great Society”, legislating liberty and personal responsibility, limiting choice and freedom AS it’s in our own best interests.
Mike… I’ll be the judge of what’s best for me, not you and your health-nazi’s.
# November 27th, 2007 at 8:52 pmYou and your fancy book learnin’.
# November 27th, 2007 at 10:22 pmHey one of my posts disappeared… it was a good one n’ all.
PTA censorship… the truth on Huckabee will out regardless!
# November 28th, 2007 at 10:19 pmi found the turd you wrote, in the dumpster where it belonged. but i picked it up, polished it, and put it back so we can all get a cute little chuckle out of it.
# November 29th, 2007 at 10:58 amSorry Guav. I will apologize for the wordy expression.
# November 29th, 2007 at 11:40 amMy current GPA, lazily @ 3. something. But if it will help, my future comments will be broken down, plain, simple.
Enjoy
At least Chad went to college. Any others?
# November 29th, 2007 at 11:41 amHey I went to college, and for a long time too! I probably even went with Chad although it’s not likely we would have known it at the time. For shame.
# November 29th, 2007 at 11:49 amAll of my training comes from Pai Mei. He has trained me well in the Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique.

# November 29th, 2007 at 12:46 pmChad, don’t tell me you’ve fallen for Huckabee… say it ain’t so, he’s not a real Conservative. He supports illegal immigrants with benefits, wants to legislate away personal freedoms and has a less-than-stellar history when it comes to taxes.
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:19 pmFor example…
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/11/25/AR2007112501547_pf.html
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:27 pmAnd some more reading…
http://www.taxhikemike.org/
http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/173/
Google on, be informed. He’s not as Conservative as he’d have you believe.
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:39 pmYea, well.. that first one is written by a Ron Paul supporter, so no surprise comes there.
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:41 pmHmm there is a big difference between:
1) Legislation that NEVER WAS, for a couple thousand illegal kids
AND
2) Being a big cut n run wuss like Ron Paul.
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:53 pmoooOOOooo
Chuck zealots against Ron zealots… this outta be good.
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:55 pmOh yea, someone should tell Ron Paul that the people in the North of Iraq are called the “Kurds.”
Dope.
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:56 pmBuuuuUUUUUUURRRRN.
# November 29th, 2007 at 2:56 pmPeople are scared of Ole Huckabee because he is doing so well. Republican’s are doing everything they can to discredit Huckabee’s conservativeness. Rudi, Romney, Paul, Thompson supporters are on a crucifying mission. It’s all politics.
Mike is a conservative.
# November 29th, 2007 at 3:33 pmTerry, I wasn’t saying you weren’t intelligent, you just have an unusual writing style. You use all sorts of thingies like this >> and capitalize odd words, abbreviate things and use incomplerte sentences. It’s just not that straight forward is all.
# November 29th, 2007 at 10:56 pmNo prob. Guav. Even though I have written my first children’s book, my professor had scolded me for the long sentences.
# November 29th, 2007 at 11:42 pmI type all day in a call center. We have to CAP certain things for another redundant dept. that has a McDonalds ed. Hehe
By the way, heads up. The fair tax book is a must for all to read. See fairtax.org. Talk show host Neal Boortz (Boortz.com), fair tax (pre FDR taxes) is a serious item to keep an eye on.
# November 29th, 2007 at 11:48 pmIt would limit Government powers and help prevent Dems from over taxation by good theory.
God, this Tennessee poor boy could use all his income.
Hmm, I didn’t know Novak was a Paulite? I thought he was more Hawkish… doesn’t stop Huckabee being a European Style Christian Democrat.
# November 30th, 2007 at 1:39 amI myself BTW am not a Paulite, although he’s more of a true Conservative than any of them. He’s stance on Iraq does trouble me and therin lies the rub, I can’t find anyone who fully represents my beliefs in the GOP crew.
# November 30th, 2007 at 1:41 amIt wasn’t sentence length that I was referring to—at least not them being too long. But now I understand why you write that way if you have to type like that all day for your job. Makes sense.
# November 30th, 2007 at 8:56 amThe job works with me as I get to pick my schedule. Very boring job, so I self stimulate w/ conservative ink sketches of log cabins, nature scapes, nudes, on the side. I can almost get away w/ anything until the ball and chain gets out this Spring earning a BS at Maryville College (#3 in the nation).
I hate liberal arts. When she gets out, I’m headed back for two AA degrees in art ed. and computer arts design.
Now: trying to get my second son to register to vote.
# November 30th, 2007 at 10:43 amGod fearing conservative. Cannot afford to vote for another liberal in conservative clothing.
Did anyone notice how scared Ron Paul was on the CNN rigged debate?

# November 30th, 2007 at 10:46 amgotta go to work
Rigged?
# November 30th, 2007 at 10:49 pmUt oh. Guav is playin koy again.
# December 1st, 2007 at 12:04 amMake that “coy” with a “c.” Damn you and your fancy book learnins!!!
# December 1st, 2007 at 12:27 amDOH!
# December 1st, 2007 at 11:13 amSeriousy though … “rigged”?
# December 1st, 2007 at 1:49 pmWell, maybe not “rigged” but definitely CNN-ified. Enough so, that there are lawsuits a-brewin’.
# December 1st, 2007 at 3:37 pmLawsuit? About what?
# December 1st, 2007 at 6:22 pmRead somewhere some conservative group were considering a lawsuit. Speaking of lawsuits, have you heard about Michael Savages lawsuit against CAIR?
# December 1st, 2007 at 9:17 pmConsidering a lawsuit on what grounds though? What exactly is the problem?
# December 1st, 2007 at 11:29 pmNo, I haven’t heard about Savage’s lawsuit.
Have not heard from Michael Savage (radio talk host) in a while. Was replaced by Mark Laven and Hannity.
# December 2nd, 2007 at 11:31 amSavage don’t play, he is Savage on the anti-americanist issue
Just post the link to Savage’s suit… if able
http://wnd.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=58970
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/796
He’s after them for a copyright breach, but the reason runs deeper. They’ve been using edited versions of his broadcasts to lobby his advertisers, so far WalMart, AT&T, GoToMyPC and OfficeMax have caved to their demands. CAIR by-the-way are named as an “unindicted co-conspirator” in a plot to fund the designated terrorist organization Hamas by U.S. federal prosecutors.

# December 2nd, 2007 at 3:08 pmThank you for the links. These are good and tow are new. I love WND!
# December 2nd, 2007 at 5:05 pmI’ll check’em out. Savage did rule before Mark Levin. They are both great.
Speaking of the debates, was anybody else as bothered by Tom Tancredo as I was? I’ll admit I never really gave him much thought before (other than the immigration thing), but watch his response to the video question below, and tell me if his body language and dodgy words don’t scream “disingenuous” to you:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vVqEKX1JyzY
# December 3rd, 2007 at 2:43 pmYea… I don’t know about that.
One thing I have noticed from the debate videos that I did watch… Huckabee always had a straight forward answer, that was convincing and clear. The rest of the guys didn’t quite come off as cool as Huckabee. But it might have been because they couldn’t see chuck norris, and were seconds away from receiving a round house kick to the face.
