Old Folks Driving
11.15.07There’s gotta be an age limit, or awareness test given to older folks in order to remain driving. It was a close call for this smokey.

Unfortunately, that would fall under age discrimination, because they would be treated differently for no other reason than their age. Safety is irrelevant.
I think that above a certain age, people should be required to take both the written and road tests every year to keep their licenses. There are too many seniors out driving who shouldn’t be.
Sorry, but safety is more important.
