Brian Sterner - Dumbass Victim
02.13.08Everyone is outraged by the security cam footage of the officeress who dumped a cripple out of his wheelchair, because she didn’t believe he couldn’t walk. And rightly so. Thats messed up.
I just watched the Fox news video interview with the victim Brian Sterner, 32, and the guy is a douche. Firstly, he was eluding police in his vehicle. they were pulling him over, I’m guessing cos he failed to show for court on a previous violation. so he was evading cops. dumbass.
The fox news interviewer asked him why the cops were trying to pull him over and he responds with things like “i don’t know, i’m not the sheriff” and “i don’t know, i didn’t bring my crystal ball today”
It’s still messed up to dump a cripple, but I can understand the temptation with this guy!
To quote JJ “its always the dumbasses who get abused by cops and get paid big money. why cant the cops abuse someone nice?”

what do you mean by he was “evading cops” because when he was dumped out of his chair he was in jail already, being booked… even if he was evading before, they caught him so it would seem not to be an issue any longer…
# February 13th, 2008 at 8:31 pmI mean… he’s a douche bag. only douche bags need to evade the police.
# February 13th, 2008 at 8:38 pmI know Brian. He was pulled over for “blocking traffic” after he got caught in the intersection at a red light. He went forward about a block, and pulled into a parking lot to get out of heavy traffic on a narrow street.
# February 13th, 2008 at 9:24 pm1. im gonna have to just trust you on knowing brian.
# February 13th, 2008 at 9:39 pm2. how come the news report said he was evading police?
In the words of the great Walter Solchek:
# February 14th, 2008 at 11:32 amI’ve seen some spinals in my day and this guy is a @#$%ing fake. ACHTUNG BABY!!!
osiderocker: You are the fake. If you knew anything about spinals you would know Brian is paralyzed. I’ve known him since his accident happened, by the way don’t you losers have anything better to do than pick on an innocent victim, who deserved none of this. HYEBSOBAM
# February 15th, 2008 at 2:37 pmoside… yer so fake.
t-bone - he’s just quoting the movie Big Labowski, when a guy gets dumped from his wheelchair. don’t git yer panties in a bind.
# February 15th, 2008 at 3:39 pmT-bone… what can I say… how about… “No you’re so fake!!” What I think is funny my friend is that in stead of saying that I was wrong and correcting me, you decided without even knowing me that you would call me fake. What if I was a spinal surgeon… I wouldn’t be fake then. What if I was your mother… I would smack your face for saying such sassy things. I could be anyone… but most importantly you do not know me but you make a statement like you can compare my statement with my character… foolish.
Eat some fish… I hear it is good for those little gray cells that form thoughts and, in most people, logical arguments.
# February 15th, 2008 at 7:05 pmI don’t think the deputy acted professionally, but you are right, this guy looked like he was asking for it. I watched the video and he was acting weird. Not to mention, how do you ‘frisk’ someone in a wheelair without exposing yourself????!! I don’t want to be a cop, everyone else wants to tell you how to do your job, but their not the one’s in harms way. I’ll take getting flopped on the floor over a knife in the chest any day.
# February 16th, 2008 at 6:47 amFrom what I read he got caught in an intersection, then when the police went to pull him over he made an immediate turn into a parking area to get out of the intersection. That was his “3rd degree felony.” Then he got pulled over for driving with a suspended licence without knowledge. I read somewhere that they said they pulled him over because his head was going from side to side and he was waving his arms, presumably just kind of listening to music, but they found it suspect I guess.
This guy may be a douche, but cops are mostly douches. If he had done what the cops wanted him to do they would have given him a ticket for stopping in the middle of the road. It’s a shame there’s no audio from the incident.
# February 16th, 2008 at 10:18 amIt puzzles me why so many of those who post comments are so quick to side with the supposed “victim.” This guy was arrested (that usually means he is suspected of not following the law or actually didn’t follow the law). I can only imagine that he must have flooded the deputy with an earful of the same sarcastic/arrogant responses he gave to the reporter. The wheelchair that he is in while at the booking desk seems to be the property of the facility; where was his personal, customized wheelchair? Without his personal chair, how did he get into the deputies car who went to arrest him that day? There are many unasked and unanswered questions….just ask and you may change your mind.
# February 19th, 2008 at 8:43 pmBingo. When i first saw the story on the news, i was immediately on his side. it wasn’t till after i saw his interview, that i realized the guy was a douche bag. cripple or not, if you piss people off… they will react.
